You cannot share the document root directory with sitejet builder. The document root consists of the files of your website for the primary domain. The document root directory is titled “public_html”.
To resolve this problem: You need to remove the domain which shares the document root directory and add it as an addon domain with separate directory.
- Cannot use redirected website.
You cannot use a redirected website with Sitejet. For example, if there is a redirection from test.com to test.ca you cannot use test.com for sitejet builder.
To resolve this problem: You must remove the redirection for the domain.
- Document root directory cannot contain files.
You cannot use Sitejet to publish a website if the document root directory contains files.
To resolve this problem: You have to remove the files from the folder and publish the site again
