From time to time, a Certificate Authority (CA) will randomly flag an SSL order for an additional security review. Until the security review has been completed, the order cannot be fulfilled until that security review has been completed. Most reviews will be completed within 24 hours, or 1 business day but can in some instances take longer than that.
If you wish to get an update from us, please contact us via Client Support and we will contact the CA for an update.
