When you register a domain, you have what's called your domain registrar. Find the log in information and company that you pay to renew your domain.
Each registrar handles how to do this differently, but the information you will require to provide is the EPP/Auth Code, or in layman’s terminology, a transfer code. This code is basically the key to transfer your domain. It confirms you have properly authorized this transfer.
Ensure as well that there is no transfer lock on the domain. Most registrars, including us, enable a transfer lock by default which even if the EPP/Auth Code is correct, will prevent the transfer from being completed.
If you initiating a transfer to FullHost, this information will be available at your current domain registrar.
If you are initiating a transfer away from FullHost to another registrar, go to Domains > My Domains > Click on the Domain. Registrar Lock and Get EPP Code are found under the Manage options.
