The security of your information is important to us, even when you need our help.
When you need to provide us sensitive information, such as user name and passwords for accounts, we don’t want you to give us that information is an unsecure format, such as sending it through email.
- Please log in to your account with us at https://manage.fullhost.com
- Go to Support > Open Ticket for a new ticket or Support > Tickets to find other tickets previously submitted and find the ticket number in the list and click on it.
- Below, you will see screenshots that you can easily find the sensitive data section.
Using this to send us your passwords, or anything you wish to not transmit via email will ensure that this is only accessible by you and us. We will also use this to send information to you.
By putting this information in the sensitive data field, this information will be included within your response, but encrypted. What’s more, is once the support ticket is closed, that data gets wiped and removed from the ticket. Please ensure that you save any passwords that have been provided.
