Sending Sensitive Data Such as User Names and Passwords

The security of your information is important to us, even when you need our help.

When you need to provide us sensitive information, such as user name and passwords for accounts, we don’t want you to give us that information is an unsecure format, such as sending it through email.

So when you need our help and need to give us such information, we have a new feature implemented within our ticket system that will transmit and store that information securely, giving you peace of mind that your data.



By putting this information in the sensitive data field, this information will be included within your response, but encrypted. What’s more, is once the support ticket is closed, that data gets wiped and removed from our end.
