For Elastic Hosting Accounts, you can purchase a maximum of 1 Dedicated IP per account. If you are needing additional Dedicated IPs, you will need to purchase an additional Elastic Hosting Account or a Multi-Account Reseller Hosting Account or Managed Cloud Server
For Multi-Account Reseller Hosting and Cloud Servers/VPS (Self Managed and Managed Clouds), you may purchase as many Dedicated IPs as required, but the IPs must be justified as per the rules established by ARIN (American Registry for Internet Numbers)
