By default, our system sets all services (hosting plans and domain registrations) as subscriptions services that are to be automatically renewed. As a domain is a very important and necessary part of your online presence, it’s expected that as long as you are in business that you will need your domain name.
You can renew your domain at any time as we automate the renewal process. About one (1) month from renewal, an invoice will be generated and sent to the designated contacts/users on the account. You can log in and manually pay the invoice or let the system automatically charge in on the renewal.
Once the invoice is paid, the renewal is sent to the registry that manages that domain TLD for the number of years selected.
