All orders are reviewed prior to activation, particularly for new accounts.  The exact timeframe to activate an order depends on the service you are applying for and the requirements FullHost, or our service providers, need to validate you.  Please send us a ticket to Sales if you wish to find out more about a specific service you are interested in.  A confirmation will always be sent to confirm that a service has been activated.

Most services usually are activated within a few hours from when your order is placed, should we have no further questions about your order itself. Orders are reviewed and activated between 9:00 and 23:00 Pacific Time Monday to Friday, and on weekends and holidays from 11:00 to 20:00 Pacific Time.

Some services require an enhanced level of review (such as SSL Certificates) by us or our service providers and you will be notified of those requirements.

If you are ordering a Managed Service (VPS), this can take between 24 hour to 48 hours for proper set up/provisioning and configuration.  If you require further information on setting up a Managed Service with us, please contact Sales.
