Yes! FullHost provides a 30 day money back guarantee to all new Clients of FullHost. This guarantee covers hosting related Services for Shared Hosting (Elastic Hosting | Wordpress Hosting) and Reseller (Agency) Plans, and does not cover any fees charged for setup, domain registration, or additional fees charged for services during the first 30 days where the product page on our site indicates this plan is eligible for such a guarantee. If a SSL or domain was included free of charge in the Order with the Services purchased and taken by the Client, a fee equivalent to the retail costs of those services will be charged for the Service upon request for the money back guarantee. FullHost will not provide refunds under the money back guarantee is there has been a violation to the Terms of Service, the AUP or any other agreement relating to the Services provided.
