We currently accept Payments through Paypal and by Credit Card and you can select either payment method at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. (please note that payments by American Express can only be made for orders in Canadian Dollars and not for other currencies)
When you pay by credit card, you will automatically create a subscription for future invoices. For PayPal, a PayPal Billing Agreement will be created with your initial order.
Please note that prepaid credit cards may not be accepted by our system if your credit card issuer does not support 3d Secure. If you are unsure about this, please contact your credit card issuer or us for clarification.
If you wish to pay by cheque, we will accept cheque payments in CAD to Canadian clients only but accepting cheque payments is at the discretion of FullHost. Please contact Billing before submitting any payments via cheques. Please note the following:
- Payments via cheque are only available for annual payments only.
- For new orders, services will not be activated until payment is received and a minimum of 1 week is allowed for processing.
- For existing clients, ensure you provide appropriate allowance for the cheque to be received before the due date.
