I do not want a domain anymore. How can I cancel it?

Domains are purchased at a certain interval when you get them (starting at a minimum of 1 year and up to 10 years). If you have decided that you no longer want a certain domain when it is up for renewal, you can simply do the following in our client area:

Go to Domains > Select the domain you want to not renew > Manage Domain > Auto Renew > Disable Auto Renewal.

This will mean that you will not be invoiced for this domain when it expires. Please note that you will NOT receive any renewal notices from us regarding this domain and it will expire automatically on maturity. We may not be able to retrieve the domain for you should it expire (and depending on the TLD) and you could face rather large fees for restoring the domain.
