We are very serious about ensuring your data is secure. Certain activity can trigger our systems (such as frequent attempts to log in to your account or email account) to place a temporary block from your IP. This block will be removed in most instances once a preset period of time has passed.

If you need a block quickly removed, please follow these steps.

Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting and WordPress Hosting plans

- Whether you’ve been blocked due to failed log in attempts to email, or cPanel, go to your website

- When you go to your website, you will be met with a Captcha instead of your website. Once you complete the Captcha successfully, you will be able to again access your site and services with us.

If you are unable to do this, and/or are encountering frequent issues with being blocked, please contact Technical Support and we will review the activity and what may be causing this to happen. You can additionally request that an IP be whitelisted if you have a static IP.

Managed Servers

If you have purchased Imunify360, you can also have you (or your clients) complete the process described above. Additionally, you can also manage IP blocks through WHM > Plugins > ConfigServer Security & Firewall > Enter the IP in the Search for IP box > Hit Enter > If it's blocked, click on the unlock icon.

As above, our Technical Support team can assist with managing, and whitelisting IP blocks.
